9224S944.com and the Nort Northam Collection participated in the Porsche Werks Reunion and the Amelia Island Cars and Coffee events in conjunction with the Amelia Island Concours d’Elegance on the weekend of March 6-8, 2020.
Since our last entry, we have collected parts including “deferred maintenance” parts and interior trim. The car now has a rebuilt fuel system including new injectors, fuel filter, and new flex lines going to the fuel rail.

The Reunion is a great way to see not only nice street cars from all models of Porsche but also a place where special Porsches – especially race cars – can be found.
“Porsche owners are the most brand-loyal owners in the world.” This comment was backed up with stories and quips that focused on the concept that Porsche People become Porsche People early in life, before ever acquiring a Porsche, and they stay with the brand for life.
Lots of great 944’s were in attendance, including a couple of LSx conversions, some dedicated HPDE cars and even some race cars.
